OUR MEMBERSHIP POLICY 

Please read these policies regarding your purchase and use of the Inner Circle Wellness subscription (“Membership”). If you join the Community group that is offered with the membership, you are also subject to the Community Guidelines (below). Additionally, your use of the membership is subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

1.                REFUNDS

(i)        If you decide Inner Circle Wellness is not for you, you can cancel your subscription within 7 days of your purchase to receive a full refund.

(ii)              Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to the product or the Community group.

(iii)             Refunds are only available for initial purchases, not on subscription renewals.

2.                CANCELLATION

(i)               After 7 days from original purchase, if you decide Inner Circle Wellness is not for you, you can cancel your subscription renewal. Canceling the membership renewal prevents your payment method from being charged again when your subscription period ends (monthly, quarterly, annual, or other, depending on which plan you purchased).

(ii)              You’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from the membership, including the Community group, through the last day of your subscription.

3.                TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS

 (i)       By participating in a trial subscription, unless you cancel within the trial period, you are agreeing to auto-renewal of a subscription at a regular price.

Please fill out this form to process your request for a refund or cancellation. To ensure your request is successful, you must provide the same email address with which you enrolled. We cannot initiate requests through the Community group or any other social media.

4.                DEFAULTS:

(i)               If your payment method cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted.

(ii)      Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current. 

5.                MAKING PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL COPIES, PRINTING, SHARING MATERIALS   

 

(i)       You many print or make paper or digital copies for your own personal use only. Any other copying or distribution by an means is strictly prohibited by law. 

(ii)              You may not upload membership content to third-party software (e.g., recipe apps). 

(iii)             You may not share your login information with others. 

(iv)             All membership materials are copyright protected and are the property of Wellness One Pty Ltd. Please see Terms of Use for details.

6.                ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS 

(i)               We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from membership at any time for any reason.

7.                INNER CIRCLE WELLNESS COMMUNITY RULES

(i)            Respect and Kindness: Keep posts positive and elevated. Treat all members with respect and kindness. No name-calling, personal attacks, or bullying will be tolerated. Posts determined to be disruptive will be removed. 

(ii)     Posting etiquette: Post content that’s meant for this group, not reposts. Info from other groups can be shared if it’s not promotional. Keep discussions related to health, wellness and related topics. Do not post affiliate links without prior approval from group administrators.

(iii)    No selling, soliciting or promoting: Do not use the group for sales or recruitment for multi-level marketing schemes, donations, votes for charities, contests, or other purposes. Do not spam the group with product or service promotions.

(iv)    Appropriate Language and Content: Do not use offensive language or post inappropriate content, including explicit images or videos.

(v)    No Coaching or medical Advice: While sharing personal experiences is encouraged, refrain from giving medical advice. All community interaction and content provided is for mutual support and educational purposes and not a substitute for medical care. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized medical guidance.

(vi)    Evidence-Based Information: Share information and advice that is evidence-based and supported by credible sources. Misleading or false claims are not allowed.

(vii)    Privacy and confidentiality: Respect members' privacy and group copyright. Do not share personal information about others or the Inner Circle Wellness group without consent. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. Do not share your personal medical records, financial information, or other sensitive data in the group.

(viii)   Do not create outside groups: Do not create Facebook groups or websites that are an offshoot of this community. You may not recruit or recommend (publicly or privately) such groups within this community.

(ix)    Rule breaking will result in content  post removal. All determinations regarding this group, its members, and the group guidelines are at our sole discretion and are final. By joining, you indemnify us of all liability relating to this group and members. If you have an issue with a member or content, report it to the administrators or moderators. Do not engage in public confrontations.

(x)    You are subject to Inner Circle Wellness Policies. By participating in the Community, you are subject to the terms of the Inner Circle Wellness Membership Policy. These policies may change at any time without notice.
