2. Eat your greens. According to studies a high intake of fresh fruit and green vegetables decreases you risk of endometriosis development.

3. Avoid xenoestrogens, harmful environmental oestrogens that have strong hormonal effects in the body. Plastics, pesticides and car fumes are all high in xenoestogenic compounds which can lead to an excess of oestrogen in the body.

4. Eat lot of berries and brightly coloured fruits and vegetables. These are great for the immune system as well as reducing inflammation, both of which help endometriosis.
