The Brisbane Corporate Games saw the Wellness One Health Expo team out in force checking contestants posture, blood pressure and giving free massages to help with aching muscles. With 4000 contestants competing in the Corporate Games over the weekend in May 2011 at Queensland University, it was an exciting weekend!

The Wellness One massage team was invited to massage the runners at the March 2010 Twilight Running Festival. With over 3000 runners, Kay Shepherd, Karee Schelberg, Dr Cristina, Sara Rodes and our team of massage students were kept very busy!
Kay Shepherd, one of Wellness One's massage therapists, helped to massage some of the elite competitors at the Noosa Triathlon in November 2009. With 3 days of competition, it was a very busy weekend!
We celebrated Walk to Work Day in October 2009 by giving away healthy breakfasts in Park Road to people walking to work. With fresh fruit juice, fresh bananas and apples as well as ice cold water, everyone enjoyed a healthy breakfast while getting fit.
