Since completing my Diploma of Remedial Massage along with my Certificate IV of Swedish Massage in 2008, I have enjoyed helping many patients with their neck, shoulder and headache tension, along with their lower back and leg pain.
I use a variety of relaxing and loosening techniques to tailor massage treatments to each individual patient. I have found that massage helps many people- from stressed office workers and parents to pregnant mums-to-be and the dad that supports them! It's always great to see the difference that a massage can make in a person's life!
I am a strong believer in looking after yourself. In my spare time, I enjoy going for long walks and sometimes even jog with my dog, Suzie. Having grown up in the country, I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.

I love tailoring my massage to suit the individual patient - no two massages are ever the same! Using a variety of techniques including Swedish and Deep Tissue massage as well as Trigger Point Therapy, I have been able to help many people.
I enjoy working with a variety of conditions including sports injuries, sore necks and backs as well as those patients who just want a regular tune up and relaxation massage.
In my spare time I enjoy running and cycling.
